The Falmouth Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the 667-2 Sea Salt Development Road and Sidewalk Improvements, #096062 in Falmouth, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared byWaterfield Design Group, Inc. 

 

General Bids will be received until 12:00 PM Wednesday, July 3, 2019 and publicly opened online forthwith.  Bids should be submitted online at www.biddocsonline.com and received no later than the date and time specified above.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS PURCHASE OF FAMILY HOUSING UNIT

 

The Falmouth Housing Authority is seeking to purchase one (1) single family residence (3-bedroom unit) in the Town of Falmouth.  Units that meet the requirements of the Request for Proposals (RFP) will be considered.  Beginning Monday, June 24, 2019, interested parties may request a copy of the RFP package by a)email: brichards@falmouthhousing.org; b) in person at the FHA office at 115 Scranton Avenue, Falmouth, MA  02540; or c) interested parties may download the RFP package from the FHA website (www.falmouthhousing.org).  All parties will need to provide their name, address, phone and email address to ensure FHA has an accurate list of RFP holders in the event it needs to distribute an addenda. 

The FHA office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Responses must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 26, 2019 at the Falmouth Housing Authority office.  Responses should be mailed or delivered in a SEALED envelope to the Attention of the Executive Director, Bobbi Richards, and clearly marked “RFP-Acquisition of Real Estate, Proposal for Purchase of Family Housing Unit” on the outside of your response package.  Emailed proposals will not be accepted.  The Falmouth Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any information or irregularities in the proposals received or to reject any and all submissions when doing so is deemed to be in the best interest of the Falmouth Housing Authority.  Inquiries concerning this RFP will only be accepted in writing via email at brichards@falmouthhousing.org  Questions must be received no later than Monday, July 15, 2019 at 2:00 p.m.  FHA intends to issue all responses via email by Thursday, July 18, 2019 by 3:00 p.m. and all responses will be shared with all RFP holders. 

 

The FHA Board of Commissioners intents to recommend purchase of property no later than thirty (30) working days after the date the proposals are opened.  The Commissioners’ recommendation is subject to approval by the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD).
