Board Meetings
Regular meeting are normally held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month
Board meetings are generally held at the Harborview Apartments Community Room (115 Scranton Ave, Falmouth, MA  02540).  Note: During the period of COVID/Infectious disease concern, meeting have been held via Zoom.  Attendees can participate virtually or via phone conferencing.  Meetings are publicly posted at Falmouth Town Hall, including any changes to the above schedule or location.  The Town will also notify interested persons of agenda postings electronically.  Register for this service today through the Town Alerts & Notifications system.

Agendas are maintained in the Town of Falmouth's Notification Center and are required to be initially posted at least 48 hours in advance.  Updates are not required to be posted 48 hours in advance, however the housing authority makes every attempt to post revised agendas as soon as is possible.  


  • November 21, 2022- General Session Board Meeting.  The Falmouth Housing Authority will hold a general session meeting on Monday, November 21, 2022 beginning at 4:30 p.m.   The agenda contains information on how to attend the meeting.  The meetings will be held via a virtual meeting pursuant to Massachusetts Governor Charles D. Baker’s Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law dated March 12, 2020. Please register online with the Town of Falmouth, or contact the Town Clerk (508-495-7360) to receive Agenda notifications, which are posted at least 48 hours prior to each scheduled meeting.
